Refund policy

The item or items must be returned to us in their original unused and unworn condition* including tags still attached within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (including original delivery charge) on receipt or exchange the item for a different size/colour if preferred. Please contact us prior to return if you require an exchange. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to be processed.

*Note: When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume, deodorant, make up or tan which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of items which do not conform to this requirement. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
